Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases.
- Conduct preliminary screening and interviews.
- Coordinate with clients to understand hiring requirements.
- Maintain strong candidate pipelines for ongoing mandates.
- Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining quality standards.
- Prepare and maintain recruitment reports and trackers.
