Recruitment Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases.
  • Conduct preliminary screening and interviews.
  • Coordinate with clients to understand hiring requirements.
  • Maintain strong candidate pipelines for ongoing mandates.
  • Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining quality standards.
  • Prepare and maintain recruitment reports and trackers.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to handle multiple mandates simultaneously.
